Digital Downloads Digital products are delivered instantly via email upon purchase. No shipping is required. Once your payment is confirmed, you'll receive a download link at the email address provided at checkout. If you experience any issues accessing your files, please contact us at thewildfaithprintco@gmail.com.
Canvas Prints (Print-on-Demand) Our canvas prints are produced and shipped by our print-on-demand partner, Printful. Each piece is made to order, so please allow the following timeframes:
- Production time: 3–7 business days
- Shipping time: 5–10 business days (domestic US)
- International shipping: Timeframes vary by destination
Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. Please note that shipping times may vary during peak seasons and holidays.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs processing for international orders.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at thewildfaithprintco@gmail.com with a photo of the issue and we'll make it right.
